Registration, commission and your rights.

Registration

Active Invest, operated by Sarthak Malik, is a Mutual Fund Distributor registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).

We are not an Investment Adviser registered under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and do not charge you a fee.

Commission

We receive commission from Asset Management Companies for the schemes we distribute. It is paid out of the scheme’s total expense ratio, which is why regular plans have a higher expense ratio than direct plans of the same scheme. Scheme wise commission rates are available from us on request.

Risk

Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks, read all scheme related documents carefully. The value of your investment can go up or down. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future. Calculator results on this site are illustrations based on assumed returns and are not a promise of any return.

Grievance redressal

  1. Write to us at sarthak1malik@gmail.com or call +91 98110 60534. We reply within 7 working days.
  2. If you are not satisfied, write to the investor service desk of the fund house concerned.
  3. If the matter is still open, lodge it on SEBI SCORES, or start online dispute resolution on SMART ODR.

Privacy

We collect only what is needed to open and service your investments: identity and KYC details, bank details, contact details and your transactions. We share them only with the fund houses, registrars (CAMS, KFintech), KYC registration agencies and exchange platforms that process your investments, or where the law requires it. We do not sell your data. Write to us to see, correct or delete what we hold, subject to record keeping rules.
